LETTER COLLECTION REGISTRATION – Careers in Health

This form is to be completed by Kalamazoo College students and alumni that desire for a letter packet be submitted on their behalf. The Careers in Medicine Office will electronically collect individual letters of recommendation, and send a packet of the individual letters to the centralized application service with a brief cover letter. We ask students using this service to release their application information to the Careers in Health and Medicine Office for data collection purposes. For allopathic (MD), osteopathic (DO), and dental schools, letter packets are sent through the AMCAS, AACOMAS, and AADSAS letter writer services, respectively – you need only designate that you’re receiving a letter packet and do not include each individual letter writer separately. For applicants applying to any other CAS service, you will need to confirm that they will accept a letter packet.
