The AAMC invites high school and college students in all stages of their prehealth journey to explore career opportunities in medicine, biomedical sciences, and various health professions at the Virtual Minority Student Medical Career Fair on November 20th. You can chat with medical school admissions and diversity affairs representatives from across the country from the comfort of your home. The fair will feature sessions on SHPEP; the Fee Assistance Program; the Financial Information, Resource, Services, and Tools (FIRST) program; the AMCAS® program; the MCAT exam; medical school admissions; paying for school; and video demonstrations on clinical skills such as suturing. While the focus is on supporting individuals from diverse and underserved communities, all high school and college students interested in medicine and health professions are welcome.
